Service Considerations and Information:
Preparing your home: Please take some time before we arrive to pick up clothes, toys, etc.
Home entry:We do love pets, but please secure them. We will need a plan of home entry such as keys, codes, etc.
Payment: Payment is due on the day of cleaning unless authorized otherwise. Please leave in an envelope in a designated area.
Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel please call 48 hours prior to scheduled cleaning. If Spotless Endings is
not notified, a $25.00 cancellation fee may be applied. However, we do understand that things do occur, please call as soon as possible in those circumstances.
Accidents: Spotless Endings will not be responsible for damages resulting from pictures or shelves improperly secured to walls or normal wear and tear. If damages do occur, you will be immediately notified! We are fully insured!
Guarantee: Spotless Endings guarantees all of our cleaning. If you are not satisfied call us within 24 hours of service. The problem will be resolved promptly.
Spotless Endings likes to use our customers personal vacuums when cleaning their home because of sanitary concerns. If this is not possible please let us know and we can work something out.
** Heavily soiled areas may result in additional charges. Examples: pet areas, excessive build up, etc. Of course, we will notify you of these situations before hand!
